Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Setting up meetings, organising calendars for the CEO and Supporting him in the planning of these meetings.
- Create, schedule and edit the To-Do List of the CEO.
- Manage calendar and schedule ( Meetings, conferences)
- Maintain records of decisions and ensure action items are clearly recorded
- Take minutes during meetings
- Create necessary presentations, data & reports for internal & external forums, meetings, and reviews
- Reminding the CEO of important tasks and deadlines
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the CEO.
- Work with the Leadership Team to coordinate the CEO’s outreach.

- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and quality
